Last Friday our office ventured out for a lunch outing to Food Truck Friday! If you have not been to this staple in downtown Phoenix you are missing out! The trucks gather at the Phoenix Public Market on Central and McKinley about 11:00 am and stay until the crowds thin at about 2:00pm. They rally around the covered parking area which is setup with great community seating. You can grab some grub from any of the trucks and meet those that work right alongside you in downtown Phoenix. The trucks sometimes change, but there is always a crowd so be sure to check it out before it gets to be over 100 degrees out!
