Gluten Free

Celiac disease, also known as gluten intolerance, is a genetic disorder that affects at least 1 in 133 Americans. Those affected suffer damage when they eat specific food-grain antigens that are found in wheat, rye, and barley.

We have recently seen a rise in the request for gluten free options. Our Chef has created some tasty options so those that have to restrain from gluten don't have to be restricted on taste! Not only are we making changes to our menu, grocery stores are now stocking the shelves with "gf" products as well.
