I am sure most of you are thinking (well I hope you are thinking from the photos above) that they are OUT. I would agree if we are discussing the famous "balloon arch" or the "double layered balloons." I think that certain balloon looks have made their way back to the top for decor and photo ops. A few large balloons over a dessert buffet are a great backdrop and I love the balloons with the couple for the photos ... so I would say, as long as you style them the right way, they are "in!"
