This year on Christmas Day our family did a gingerbread decorating contest. This was our first year to do it and we all got one of the pre-fabed houses and the items included to decorate. The houses turned out cute, but nothing compared to the houses that Classic Cake and Confections have turned out the last couple of years. They have been entering the Biltmore's competition and have won the last 2 years. In 2009 they did the historic Rosson House from Downtown Phoenix and this year won the prize with their inspiration from "UP!" Congrats to them and I am hoping next year to pump out something a little more fancy with them as my inspiration.
